How does the £19.99 one-time licence work? +
When you purchase, you pay £19.99 once—there are no recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed through PayPal or GoCardless (a Subpassly account is required for licence activation). You activate once in the app using your licence key or account login. Image Resolver remembers your activation so you stay unlocked automatically, even when working offline.
Do you monitor what I download or collect any usage information? +
No—never. Image Resolver does not monitor your usage, log the URLs you visit, or transmit any usage telemetry. All gallery URLs, images, and SQLite job histories remain strictly on your own PC. The only network request to our infrastructure is the one-time licence check.
What if a site blocks direct downloaders or requires a login? +
Click the 🌐 Browser button on the toolbar. It opens a real, isolated Chromium (WebView2) browser inside Image Resolver. Navigate to the site, log in if required, and click “Grab images from this page”. Image Resolver automatically scrolls the page so lazy-loaded images appear, extracts them using your authenticated session, and wipes all cookies and history the moment you close the browser window.
Do I need .NET 8 installed on my Windows PC to run it? +
No! Both the Universal Setup (ImageResolver-Setup-2.9.0.exe) and the architecture-specific MSI installers are completely self-contained. They run out of the box on a clean Windows 10 or Windows 11 installation without any extra downloads.
Does watermarking overwrite my original downloaded images? +
Never. When you right-click a gallery and choose Watermark all images, Image Resolver writes the stamped copies into a dedicated watermarked/ subfolder inside that gallery's directory, leaving your original master files untouched.
